The general objective of IETA is to develop scientific research in the field of theoretical and applied Statistics through programs, projects and activities, with the active participation of both teachers and students of the Career.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Plan, develop and execute research projects, social interaction and university extension.
Provide collaboration and advice to the different academic units of the University System and public and private entities.
Assist in the applied and investigative training of students through participation in the projects and activities of the institute.
Encourage research activity and social interaction in teachers.
Promote and recommend the publication of magazines, scientific articles, theses and research activities, social interaction and university extension.
